Diet   I will try to stick to drinking only water or diet pop, cut as much sugar as possible, and limit carbs to a reasonable amount. I will try to monitor my snacking, and limit myself to two healthful snacks each day. I will not eat after 7PM.
Exercise   My goal is to jog with my dog at least 2 times a week, ideally 3 or 4. I will also work on my Wii Fit several times a week, focusing on the yoga and the strength training.
About Me   I am extremely unmotivated and I love to eat!! My favorite foods are desserts, like cookies, cakes, pies and ice cream! Obviously, losing weight is going to be a challenge!

Diet   I am tracking my calories. I may join Weight Watchers soon if I can make some extra money.
Exercise   Mostly aerobics right now. I'm using TW On Demand Excersise TV but I'm getting some DVDs soon too.
About Me   I am a mother of two and am married. I love being a Mom and a Wife and love staying home. Part of being a Mom has meant putting myself last especially with one Special needs child. After a doctor's visit today, I learned I am one pound from my all time high. Enough. I would love to join weight watchers or a gym, but seeing as I dont work, we just can't afford it right now.
