Easy Egg Bake

Weight Loss Plan:
quick and easy
Just 207 calories per LARGE serving: serves 8.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together 4 eggs and 9 egg whites PLUS 1 1/2 C fat free milk

Add:
3/4 C frozen chopped broccoli
1 C frozen chopped spinach
3/4 C frozen "Seasoning blend" (chopped onions, peppers, celery, parsley)
3/4 C 1% fat cottage cheese
1/2/ C 2% grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C seasoned bread cubes
1 C Morningstar Farms sausage-style crumbles

Add and mix in salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Pour into 9 X 13 pan or casserole
Cook covered 30 minutes.
Then uncovered 30 minutes.
