Chicken Spaghetti

Weight Loss Plan:
Weight Watchers
Chicken Spaghetti--an easy recipe & a comfort food.

6 oz. whole wheat spaghetti cooked as per directions
Add:
6 oz. diced skinless cooked chicken breast
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes (any kind you like)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 oz. Light Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 10 oz can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together, pour into an 8x8 baking dish and cook in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes covered, then 15 miniutes uncovered.

I add extra onion, peppers, and an extra can of diced tomatoes to lighten the recipe, to increase my veggie intake, and to make the dish serve 5 instead of 4.

Recipe as is: 4 servings @ 375 calories each
Weight Watchers points = 7
